Good morning everyone! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. LOVE the tunics, so true that you can dress them up, dress them down, slap a belt on them and try out tons of different jewelry with them. Wish I could buy them all!! I’ll settle for one at a time

TRACY….GOOD MORNING MRS. QUEEN OF VERSATILITY and all the other good stuff!!…..as usual I am so pleased and humbled by seeing you this morning….I hope you had a good week-end and I have to tell you I received the bowl, pitcher and platter from Horchows and have placed them in just the right spot….will take pictures later..they are right up my alley of decor…..and now I have a piece of you…….which is so special…for you are special…!!

DESIREE, PRINCESS of Words and good thoughts!! My son returned from Texas….his Father is hanging on…but its just a matter of time and I am already finding out where his viewing will be as I will send two dozen red roses in his memory and for my Son….his Father was a bad man but I have heart felt compassion for my Son and his tears. The good news is he accepted Christ into his heart before the cancer took his mind……my thought was that he wasted so many years and could have found some peace along time ago…but God works in his own time.

OH ALSO DESIREE………did you like that Tiger won the golf game?? And also thank you for the Victorious Valery……and I am going with it….you beat Cameo to the punch!!!!! lololo because I am Victorious……..you bet I am!!

ARTIST: My Son and family are awaiting for the call of his Fathers demise and they are all flying out for the funeral. His grandparents are 88 and 89 and doing well and still driving…sad to see your child go before you.

REBECCA: Oh my gosh what a beautiful poem….I printed it off and I thank you for those words, what a kind thing for you to say!!

PAM…..Honey I have ribbons tied around my body for you….OK…..mentally that is…..may the good Lord be with you and cant wait to hear!!

SANDI: Your art is so wonderful…..I am in awe…..what a SERENE person you are…not only in what you say but in what you do…..the smile is there…..is the laughter there also??

KELLYG…..now sister…..you are absolutely in tune to the divine life of being yourself….thats a gift in its self….I love all your pictures and will comment….wasnt HE just to melt for!!!?????? MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM You and I could have a ball together…….I can dress to the nines and I can grovel with the pigs…so to say. In regard to Tracys wonderful clothes…they run small for me with having a bigger bust line and hips….so I go for the jewelry, shoes and home lusheeenis….I have so many things that I swear I am going to get into…I even leave them out on hangers in the doorway to give me the incentive….to lose more weight…..lololol….then I put them in the closet and just hope…..lololololo…looks like a store with the tags still on them…..lololo. Oh well such is life……in the fast lane!!!! Today I am inspired not to gorge myself………we will see what happens!!

In regard to REBA….I have bathed her for just about two years…..shes so tiny, and when I do I bring her to my house, run the tub full of bubbles, get her a cup of coffee and let her smoke in the tub…..she always says…how do I deserve all of this!! And I always say…..Why didnt you know I have proclaimed this as a “REBA DAY”…..she just giggles and smiles like a child, (except she may cuss like a sailor)cause that is what she has reverted to….she is not modest, but there again I dont really look….but this last month when I brought her over….she just sat on the stool in the bathroom and said NOPE….I will take my bath tonight and all the bubbles, coffee and cigs could not entice her…..so anther time!!!!!!

Looking forward to everyones comments and do go and have a wonderful day for its so pleasurable to live in the moment and accept all the good things our creator sends our way!! Just like Reba…..tho this thing takes her mind…she is still in the moment….and is happy!!

I had so much fun shopping with our KELLY again this weekend at the Paris Street Market. We both found lots of goodies. Don’t we always? We ate some great Greek food, and had lots of fun chit chat. KELLY, your the best!

Valery …your son is so fortunate to have the support of such a wonderful Mother. I’m sure you made up a zillionfold for any shortcomings his Father had. ….You are a doll with REBA… another fortunate soul who has you as a carer. I look after my Mother-in Law who has Alzheimers…she’s past the stubborn stage now and in a completely silent world of her own…but believe me Valery I’m with you all the way.
COST PER WEAR …I’m the Queen …still refashioning clothes from the seventies…..and my favourite C.P.W is strappy cotton pinafores …with a tee shirt and sandals in summer or jumper boots and scarf in winter …or.. an open shirt tied at the waist …or a crisp cotton shirt and vintage white petticoat just showing underneath prairie style …oh the list goes on and on (a bit like me really ) APART from MRS T.P who’s your Style icon….Talitha Getty and Kate Moss I love….and PAM….my cats will only wear red ribbons for so long.

TRACY, you are a breath of fresh air! This video shows you in your best light and is the very reason why your lifestyle show should be created and produced at your home. Tunics today? I think these may become a favorite! Acutally I am wearing one right now…one of my pre-school students gave me one from India as a gift! It’s beautiful — bright, deep pink with turquoise and gold embroidery. I love the “forgiving” aspect of it and I think that is why tunics may become a new go-to top!
I ordered another tunic online (not from you – if that’s OK:) and I am going to wear it as many ways as possible too.

I love the tunic Tracy – a great staple to have in the wardrobe – I also LOVE the shoes. I got them a month ago and have not taken them off – they are seriously the most comfortable shoe I own and stylish. I get more compliments on them and they go with everything!!

ARTIST love,……”bucking out of the harness” does not mean PARTY……..at my age………it simply means having a couple of cocktails,………..don’t you know anything???? ……..Why do I find myself always explaining things to you????…… I will tell you why ….because your bird brain allows you to open your beek and squawk before you think……My grandfather once told me a story about a crazy Peacock, see if you can relate………….here goes………When he was dating my grandmother,…..he drove his brand spanking new, black, shiny car over to pick her up for a date,………apparently,…..my grandmothers very intelligent Peacock saw his reflection in the door of my grandfathers( to be) car, and decided to attack…………leaving a severely dented, and terribly scratched car door!!!!!!!!!!……..needless to say, my grandfather to be, was very unhappy with this gorgeous bird with very little brain………and had to have his entire door replaced……..In fear that this could happen again, while courting my grandmother,…. he had to drive his old pick up truck over to court her…….and she was not too happy about riding in a greasy, dusty,….old truck while wearing her jewels, and perfume…….so my love………what say you????????……..You almost caused me not to………..be born with the wonderful genes that I have,……. and be the wonderful person that I am………all righty then…………think before you crow!!!!!!……….PAM love,……….if ARTIST comes to visit you,….and you drive a shiny black car ( like me)……might want to keep it parked in the garage!!!!!!!

Hello to all my DURLS!! I’m sorry I haven’t been checking in regularly…STEVE is working from home and he’s been making sure I REST! He’s so good to me!! One week out from due date…we have had a few false labors but I am really trying to be patient and enjoy these last few days (hopefully) of my pregnancy. That was the most amazing thing to me when we did OB clinicals in nursing school… how often the RN actually delivers the baby… It’s great, they are pros.

Well thank the heavens! I see that the two LOVE birds are back at it and I will not have to create my own SASS today! Here I am very busy working on my big travel plans for the summer, getting a little stressed about all the work going into it, and I come here to find out from MARY ANN that 1. Silly me….I almost had heart failure when I checked the shopping site today because I thought that all of the older “sale” items had disappeared! When I called sweet Esther this morning, she informed me that the items are now in the “clearance” section. So, I thought I would pass this info on to anyone else who might be wondering where o where did Tracy’s other items go??!! Thank you for the WONDERFUL sale today…had my eye on a couple of things! Again I will tell you to purchase the black stiletto shoes and the red scarlet boots..they are VERY comfortable…trust me! The price is very good, too. The eloquent paisley print shirt is very classic and runs a bit roomy. The built in ties will be so much fun to wear as a scarf or tied into a bow….lovely for the neck area! It will be a great shirt for the fall as well with the beautiful colors. I am so looking forward, TRACY, to the catalog. That is how I discovered your beautiful clothing and website this past winter. The catalog just showed up on my doorstep and my daughter told me I needed a new look!! So, thank you(and my beautiful daughter who reads this sometimes) for helping me dress this middle aged body of mine!

Good evening, ladies! It’s been quite some time since I’ve left a comment, but I visit here at least twice a day and am always so uplifted by the obvious love that you all have for each other. (A bit envious, too!) Even though I haven’t stuck myself out there to introduce myself and my life to you (perhaps a fear of rejection??!), I gain so much by reading all of your comments.

On another note, does anyone own the Kiss and Tell blouse or the Tropez Tunic? I’ve got both pieces in my shopping cart, but before I push the purchase button I’d like to know what you can tell me about how fabulous the pieces are and how the size runs on each piece. I’ve selected the small, which is a 4-6, but I usually wear a 0-2 and am hoping that these pieces run a wee bit small! Thanks for any input any of you may have. I noticed your question about the two blouses/tunic’s….it has been my experience that the tops do run a little on the small side so I think you’ll be safe getting the 4-6. If you have any doubts I’d call and speak with a TP rep who can help you. They are very nice and helpful. The pants seem to run pretty true to size except they are really long and unless you’re model height will need hemmed….but they are well worth doing so. Let us know how they do.

Say a little prayer for me, I’ve always loved plants and have decided to get start a plant nursery. Mainly the ole standby pass along plants, some OK proven and watergarden plants. Working now to get inventory and starting dividing to have plants for sale. Anyway you girls work miracles and I’m so happy to have you in my corner.
Have been losing fish from my pond, probably 12 total and found one problem last night…a huge snake. Mister Sami found him for me. CAMEO you would be so proud…after I sent him to the happy swampland, did a little post mord. with an ax. He had eatten 3 fish that trip, plus Ghost my large white is gone. Oh well, that’s what happens when you live in the woods.

You will LOVE the Urban Jacket, and I’m with you on the pillows – they’re gracing Luke’s bed and he feels like he’s part of the whole Tracy madness sweeping through our family, but in a cool, un-girly way – they’re very versatile that way! VALERY – Thank you so much for the warm welcome! I’m quite good at spilling my guts – once I get to know someone. Maybe I’ll give it a try…. A little about me? I’m a middle aged (hate admitting to that one!!) woman who spent so much of my life “stuck.” Long story short, I broke free three years ago and have since found the career that I love and the love of my life. We met at a marathon – one that both of us almost backed out of running – and we know that God brought us together. We live four states apart from one another and maintaining a long distance relationship is even further proof for us that this union is meant to be. So, after being a divorcee’ of 20+ years, I am finally getting married this fall to the most wonderful man! Life is truly wonderful. Now if I could just figure out how to successfully (I’ve obviously been unsuccessful at it for yeeeeaaars) nudge my adult son in the right direction (career, etc.) so that I won’t worry about him so much I would be fully at peace. I am an attorney, and don’t get to explore my creative side as much as I once did. Yet another reason I’m addicted to this site – living vicariously through and appreciating all of the wonderful creativity that lives here. My dream job?? To be Martha Stewart. Or, at the very least, I want to open a bakery! Love to bake and create in the kitchen!! (Maybe I’ll start out at a Farmer’s Market with my goodies…) Okay, way too much about me. Sorry!

KELLY – Thank you so much for the kind “welcome!” And, yes!!! Tracy is so incredibly talented and amazing! Like so many of the ladies here, I’ve had her books from her very beginning. I sooo admire her and all that she does and inspires. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s obviously an incredible daughter, sister, mother, wife and friend. It’s a joy to watch – through her videos – her interact with the people in her life and with all of the lovely people here. And, she certainly inspires me to be better at all of those roles as well. It may sound a bit silly, but I honestly think of her each morning when I think of the person that I want to be that day. We never know those whom we influence, huh? Even those of us whom she has never met are so inspired to be more gracious and full of life – just by “knowing” Tracy.

DESIREE – Thanks for the welcome and the “congrats!” I’m very excited to actually participate in the conversation, rather than simply lurk in the background. And the love and support that you all have for one another is very obvious. Thank you, again!
