Emotional surrender...

I am going to give you my thoughts every few weeks on this topic... We all have them... an "emotional surrender" that is! In the studio it changes from week to week... I love knowing what our team is digging... I am pretty vocal about mine! I figured the video would give it to you straight... no fluff... Just exactly what I am thinking in a few quick moments... also kind of nice to see things on someone... Don't you agree?!? This extra chatter is for those of you that just needed a few more words on the topic... (And you know I can talk!)

Okay... The Gordian Knot... The bracelet of bracelets... over the top... kills me! I have one in my purse right now to take home. (You think I'm kidding.) Straight out of our sample tray! Classic, elegant... a statement without looking like wonder woman.

The Fragments of Beauty ring... I gave it today as a gift, and then sort of "lost it" right then and there as she slid it onto her finger... Mind you, I have loved it all along... but I think with a bit of additional girl talk on it, I was "in"... I decided I too must have one!

Ahhhhh... The Soulful Glam necklace... not too much about this beauty that you can't see for yourself... but since this is my chance... I have this love affair happening with gold coins! My mother has always had gold coin jewelry, so I'm certain she has yet again inspired me and my tastes... I think this beauty feels vintage... the sort of gem I would hope to find at some great auction in London. Shall we dance??

My wish list now includes the coin earrings since I missed the coin ring. I'm still mad about that one!

Hi Artist - sorry to jump in for Tracy (I am sure she will add) but the fragments of beauty ring is closed in the back - it has an absolutely beautiful band!!! It does tend to run a tad large--just a FYI. It is absolutely smashing by the way (this is one on my wish list!!) xoxo, katie

The fragments of beauty ring is not open in the back. I will tell you I have been wearing it a lot and I did just take it on a trip...it's a beauty. Very luxurious and artful. Not the kind of thing you see everywhere. I tend to like that sort of thing. It is a big ring as you can see on my hand in the photo, but I love statement rings as well. The stone is a fire opal....delicious.

We did go.It was toooo much fun. 18 from my family, now that's a big crew to travel with! We went to Turks and Caicos and stayed at "Beaches" which is an all inclusive resort. I will say, fantastic if you have small children as we do. I would not recomend if you are just looking for a grown up thing. It was warm and perfect, Grace bay( the actual beach) is unbelievable ....we snorkled right out infront of the hotel, saw a sea turtle....remarkeable! I found 4 large( think dinner plate) starfish, we left them in the ocean, but I was so thrilled to find them...like finding a miracle, like seeing a shooting star! Incredible coral reefs, and beautiful colorful fish, very inspiring. We ate nearly non stop, and had many memorable evenings and days...just being with family.....just to sit and laugh, and hang out. We all get along very well, so that makes it really special. I know we could go anywhere together and have fun, but to have some warm....some hot..heat was quite wonderful!
thanks for asking!
BTW, yes, I did sport my bikini, happily...mind you I am so ghost white that even with # 60 lotion SPF I get a little burn....Robyn on the other hand was a godess...all tanned and shiny....as is her husband George. My brother Danny and I did a photo on each side of them one day.....to show the contrast!!!too funny.

Tracy, we can just picture you and Robyn, on the beach with bikinis and books! You paint quite a picture - thanks for the scoop! It's really uplifting to hear of the family that loves to travel & play together. Y'all are blessed!

The fern wrap is on my wish list. And, then! Buying old, vintage books! Did y'all see Tracy's mantel on the recent video??? Chock-full of awesome books...

*Between Tracy, CC & Artist, I am fast becoming the Stacked Queen. No, NOT that kind! The kind that stacks books...all over. It's unbelievable how that warms up the room!
